Talk with a Community Resource Specialist by phone or email to find local providers, programs, and answers to your aging questions.

Case Management

When a challenge needs more than a phone call, our staff work alongside you to make informed choices about care and next steps.

Spiritual Care & Support Coming Soon

Life brings unexpected challenges — loss, illness, caregiving, retirement, changing relationships, and difficult transitions.

Our Executive Director, Karie Erickson, is completing her training as an Interfaith Chaplain and Spiritual Director, and provides compassionate, confidential spiritual care and supportive listening for older adults, caregivers, and family members.

Appointments will be available regardless of religious or spiritual beliefs.

This service is launching soon. To learn more, please contact Karie Erickson.
